Steriliser 205

!

The conventional generation of dry-heat sterilizers used until now featured only thermal heat interchange inside the device. Hygienic specialists, however, have warned that cold-air pockets can develop in these units and can endanger sterilization effectiveness. This problem has now been solved. The new MELAG Sterilizer 205 features a highly effective system of mechanically forced air movement. This means that a fan assures completely satisfactory heat interchange inside the device, and at the same time prevents overheating. For everyday practice, mechanically forced air movement considerably reduces operating time. This means that important instruments are ready faster. Conventional dry heat sterilizers of this size require approx. 90minutes - but the new MELAG Sterilizer 205 requires only 60mins., thanks to mechanically forced air movement. Even with enclosed instruments, overall times form 75min. are possible

Sterilizer 75

!
The MELAG Sterilizer 75 uses mechanical fan convection, which ensures fully satisfactory heat interchange. As a result, it meets the expectations of all leading hygiene specialists. Almost all sterilizers of this size  offered on the market offer only a simple basket for holding the instruments. Disordered and confusing when in such baskets, the instruments may easily undergo damage - and can injure your staff when they reach in to remove the sterilized objects. To prevent these problems, the MELAG Sterilizer 75 offers room for up to two trays, on which you can spread out the instruments in an orderly manner. In actual sterilization practice, mechanical air convection enables significantly shorter operating times. You can use your important instruments faster again. Sterilizers without these fans have operating peroids up to 35% longer.
