Optimal hold thanks to the horseshoe shape

The horseshoe-shaped elastic pressure pad is the distinguishing feature of the JuzoFlex Genu 404 knee support. It has been specially developed to achieve an improved guidance of the kneecap (patella). The pad, together with the adjustable strap above the knee, enable the pressure to be tailored to individual requirements. This protects the knee during bending and provides an optimal hold. The shape of the pad prevents patella elevation. The special knit in the hollow of the knee prevents constriction when bending the knee. The double-spiralled sides help stabilise the knee. Also ideal as a preventative measure during sport.
